The design process commenced with reviewing the context of the original site – an old brick warehouse, similar to those surrounding it. The idea of a New
York-style loft residence and Kensington’s industrial past came together during preliminary discussions.

The lower form of the building is crafted with brick, honouring the site’s past while inviting the future through present and relevant design. A primary facade
is formed through arched brickwork motifs. Beyond it, seamlessly, is an atrium with expertly composed landscape design. At ground level is a communal arrangement of landscaped gardens. Seating is dotted throughout the palette of native plants and water features, creating the perfect space to catch up with friends or to relax. Maple trees and climber plants form the verdant space, which extends to the top of the building, serving as a  grand opening providing natural light to residences.

Lt Hardiman Lofts’ mixed offering aims to cater to couples, young families, professionals and downsizers alike, who seek to enjoy the convenience of an inner
city realm. Offerings are mixed to different buyers, featuring residences with an office, or apartments with three bedrooms.
