Right Key Investment Detailed Property Purchase Process

Property Selection

  • Buyers can contact us through our platform to choose their ideal property.

  • Once the property is confirmed, the buyer needs to pay a deposit to secure the property from being purchased by others. This deposit will be handled according to the contract terms in the subsequent process.

Contract Signing

  • Buyers should carefully read and review the sales contract to ensure that all property details, prices, and terms meet their expectations.

  • Once the contract is confirmed to be accurate, the buyer will officially sign it, making the contract effective.

Loan Arrangement

  • If a home loan is required, we recommend that buyers start preparing the necessary documents 3 to 6 months before the property settlement.

  • The RightKey Investment team will assist buyers in connecting with suitable lenders or banks to ensure a smooth loan application process. Typically, the application process requires the submission of income proof, credit score reports, and other documents.

Property Settlement

  • On the settlement day, the bank will disburse the loan, and the buyer will need to pay the remaining balance of the purchase price.

  • Once all payments are completed, the property will be officially transferred to the buyer, and the transaction will be successfully completed.
